Who doesn’t love a good home workout?Me, actually. I typically get so distracted and don’t give it my all because…well, I don’t really know why that is. However, now that I am forced to burn calories at home or directly outside my home, I must change my thought process.
I have so far (fingers crossed) been able to maintain a consistent rhythm with my workouts at home. By expanding my varieties of workout guides, it keeps my attention and has helped me be stay excited for my upcoming sessions. I want to help anyone who may want to keep their health up but maybe doesn’t know where to look! If you need variety, I’ve got you covered!

I call her “my girl Whit”, even though she has no clue who I am. Whitney provides a VARIETY of free workouts to follow on her Instagram as well as her Youtube channel. If you want a bit more intense and structured program she also has her own app called “Alive Inside” for all indoor sessions.

~ Group HIIT
Group Hiit offers a variety of workouts but I especially love their HIIT (high intensity interval training) courses! HIIT is great because its typically less than thirty minutes and really gets that heart pumping! Check out their classes HERE!

~ SPEIR PILATES
If Pilates is your jam then you have to try a class by Speir Pilates. In the past I strongly disliked pilates, but my thought process has been expanded. Try one of their classes HERE!
~ RUNNING FOR BEGINNERS
