Terrae Baldridge is a fitness coach and influencer who is committed to being fit and sharing her story with anyone who wants to follow it!
I met Terrae through one of my best friends and former coworkers, Leaishah. Terrae was Leaishah’s client for years and when she came into the salon we would talk and mingle about this and that. I even did her and her bridesmaids hair for her wedding day! Through that, I began following her on instagram and became captivated with her fitness journey. This girl is COMMITTED, and I mean committed!

I honestly don’t know any more of her routine then she shares with us on social media but I do know that she is on an eating and workout regiment that has given her GREAT results! Here’s what I can tell you about her routine from what I see regularly; Chicken breasts (or boobs as she calls them) are a large part of her eating regiment, she drinks protein smoothies daily, she loves fasted cardio, she has the CUTEST baby girl as her protege, and she built a full gym inside of her home during COVID. Ok, the last part may not be true but she’s getting it in somehow! I definitely admire that.

Terrae offers coaching to anyone who is looking for a change and committed to making it happen! A piece of advice that I can give on behalf of Terrae, is that she has shown her method works through her results! When looking for a coach or trainer, it’s important to see their results or the results of their clients first hand! So if your looking for someone to lead you into amazing results be sure to connect with her and tell her Molly sent you!
I recently asked Terrae a few questions regarding her inspiration and what she could say to women who may need a little self-esteem pick me up, here is what she said!
~What inspires you?
“I am inspired by anyone who has the will and drive to accomplish their dreams. Their determination and refusal to quit is what keeps my fire lit.”
~What advice would you give women right now to help them feel their best?
“We have 100% control over our happiness. If it does not fulfill you, leave it, and do it unapologetically.”
~What are your favorite products or brands that keep you feeling beautiful and inspired?
“I love skincare products! Not only is it important to take care of my skin because I workout so much, but it’s always a nice treat at the end of the day to pamper myself with fancy skincare products.”
~What made you decide to become a fitness influencer?
“Back when I first started my fitness journey, it was difficult because I didn’t have many people who shared the same story as myself. I had to pave my way with very little guidance. A lot of the time I didn’t know where my journey would lead me. I want to inspire other women who are in the same place I was when I started and be able to show them that it is possible to accomplish your goals and live the life you deserve.”
~What would you say to anyone who may want to begin a fitness journey but doesn’t know where to start?
“Have patience! A fitness journey is just that, a journey! It will take time and your goals may shift or change. Start with focusing on a clean diet and exercising regularly. Teaming up with a personal trainer or coach could be helpful in guiding you as well. Overall, stay committed and you will reach your goal!”
~How would you say the world of health and beauty compliment each other?
“I personally love being a girly girl even at the gym smashing weights! In order for us to feel beautiful, we have to take care of our bodies and live healthy lives. When we feel better, we want to look better. But beauty starts from the inside-out.”
~What are 3 tips you would give to anyone who is feeling down or low about their self esteem and wellbeing ?
1. You are not alone on your journey. Find strength in knowing there are women in the world going through the same things, which means you are strong enough too.
2. Anything worth having takes time so we are more fulfilled in our goals knowing that we worked hard to achieve them.
3. We are in full control of our happiness and we are able to create our reality.
I sure do love a good fitness transformation journey, but more then how our bodies transform, it really does something to our outlook on life! Positivity is the key!
Thank you SO much Terrae for being a part of Health is Beauty!
